Return & Refund Policy

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the highly sensitive nature of laboratory research compounds, all sales are final. Once a product has been dispatched from our facility, we can no longer guarantee its storage conditions or structural integrity. To maintain the highest standards of purity for our research community, VitaGenix does not accept returns or exchanges for any product.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if the request is received before the order has entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” status. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in our research grade packaging, but we recognize that transit issues can occur.

• Notification: You must notify us of any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
• Evidence: Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged shipping box and the compromised vials to support@vitagenix.com.
• Resolution: If the damage is verified, we will issue a one-time replacement of the affected research compounds at no additional cost to the researcher.

4. Product Purity & Stability

VitaGenix guarantees that all products meet the purity standards outlined in our Batch-Specific COAs at the time of shipment.

• We are not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper handling, failure to refrigerate upon arrival, or incorrect reconstitution protocols.
• Refunds will not be issued based on the “results” of laboratory experiments, as research outcomes are subject to the researcher’s variables.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly exempt from any return or refund consideration:

• Reconstituted peptides (vials already mixed with Bacteriostatic Water).
• Items purchased during “Flash Sales” or using “Clearance” promotional codes.
• Any product where the security seal on the flip-top cap has been removed or tampered with.

6. Shipping Issues

• Incorrect Address: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a refund will not be issued.
• Customs Seizures: For international orders, researchers are responsible for knowing their local laws. VitaGenix is not liable for items seized by customs and will not issue refunds for such occurrences.

Compliance Warning

Any communication regarding the return of products due to “adverse side effects” or “lack of physical results” will be interpreted as an admission of human consumption. This violates our Terms of Service and will result in the immediate voiding of any potential refund and the permanent closure of your account.
